Black Truffle Extra Virgin Olive Oil Dressing

A black truffle-flavoured extra virgin olive oil dressing for adding a rounded, aromatic finish to simple dishes. Made with a base of extra virgin olive oil, it has a liquid consistency, a colour that ranges from green to yellow, a characteristic truffle aroma, and a mature, fruity taste.

Use sparingly as a finishing condiment for crostini, antipasti fillings, pasta, risotto, egg dishes, frittatas, meat, cheese, and other truffle-led recipes. For best balance, the producer recommends approximately one teaspoon per person.
